1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active yes66 account. The opening of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. yes66 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings accrued across all accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your yes66 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by another person — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. Deposits are generally credited to your yes66 wallet in real time for FPX and eWallet transactions. yes66 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or your financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your yes66 account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as set out in the cashier section of your account.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the yes66 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

yes66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all yes66 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on yes66, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that product. General rules applicable across all yes66 gaming products include:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. yes66 will not cancel or reverse a bet placed in error by a member except at yes66's sole discretion in the case of a clear system or pricing error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, user interfaces, and other materials available on the yes66 Platform are the intellectual property of yes66 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the yes66 Platform without the prior written consent of yes66 or the applicable rights holder.

9. Limitation of Liability

yes66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

yes66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account termination for cause, yes66 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where investigations conclude that no breach has occurred, funds will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulation.

You may close your yes66 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our 24/7 live support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
